not sure if it's true but i heard it's basically like injecting aluminum into your body. i just stopped using it. there's no use for it. depends on your work environment. if you're sweating balls every day then just shower every day. if you work from home you barely need to shower.

I don't think so, but I did thought a bit about how detrimental long-term anti-transpirant deodorants are compared to the ones that don't do that because one quite literally stops glands from secreting sweat and thus toxins out of our system.
That usually means that some other bit of your body has to compensate for that. Which means straining it further than it should. Which is dangerous.

they're literally not necessary unless i'm doing work on my farm. most of my work is just waking up and going to the computer. when i worked in an office i would shower every day, but it doesn't even matter now. if i have a video meeting i just wet my hair an hour before and it looks like i showered.

fucking hell, i worked in a government building and there was a weird toxic smell in the office. a few people evacuated but i stayed and walked the mexican maintenance guy to the source of the odor. dude reeked of cologne and said 'i don't smell anything'. i said 'of course you don't because you're wearing all that cologne'.
