>>508684396 (OP)This book really helped me understand what's going on with leftism. Especially chapter 6. All the flaws of leftism which libertarianism talks about, they know about it, and agree with it, they do it anyway, for a reason. To give you one example I found in real life. Here in Sweden there is something called "nystartsjobb". It's a government subsidy to employers for employing long-term unemployed people. So what happens is employers will choose a long-term unemployed over a a short-term unemployed, thereby actually creating unemployement. Genius. You look at the official information about it it says it's about lowering unemployment yada yada. All bullshit. They're very much aware of the actual consequences of shit like this. They always have ulterior motives. In this case this policy is a tool for government to increase regulation of the market. If you have for example 5 car washes in a small town, and 4 of them have employees that are in this subsidy program, that gives them an economic advantage of that 1 car wash which doesn't. That 1 which doesn't is forced into doing it too, or they'll go bankrupt. This program comes with a bunch of conditions which have to be met.
