Why live in overcrowded hellscape cities? You have so much land, I'm not talking about the tundra way up in Alaska, you have huge forests which you could go off grid in. What's stopping you?

If you live on the west coast or Appalachia you live no more than 30 minutes from some random forest or national park. The parks are protected so jew land devs cant ruin them. Source ex WVA mountain nigga. Its nice to be out in the woods but there's no good job opportunites there.

It's difficult. You have to find somewhere you drive to that people want notice your vehicle brining in construction materials. Secondly, you have to build something no one will easily find which normally means building subsurface which comes with it's own problems of dealing with moisture and humidity.

I dont tho. Its crowded here but still closer to rural than urban. I can drive towards the city and see the conversion from suburban to urban happen, it usually starts when streets straightne out and it becomes more uniform blocks rather than roads following the contours of the hills and streams nearby
