I used to do 10-20mg Xanax per day. While doing other drugs. I blacked out for weeks at a time. Got into some crazy shit. Years later I would hear stories about things I did and I couldn't believe it was me.

Anyways one day I just laid up in my room and sweated it out, withdrawals were horrible and I felt bad for almost a month. I went on to have a successful career, now I own my own business and have a family. I feel like I probably damaged my brain in some ways like ability to regulate emotions. But overall I am able to lead a normal life. If I could do it all again I would never touch Xanax.

Treatment for mental illness is really a dice roll in Western countries.
In Germany it is actually pretty good. Went to a clinic because of depression and a myriad of other issues. Had single and group therapy sessions multiple times a week, creative and sports therapy, several mandatory gym sessions per week and they taught us about mindfulness and other healthy ways to cope.
I am in a way better spot now. Never had to take any meds but they did try to shill them and I refused.

I won't lie, I haven't been through what you have been. But I've had my low moments and they felt like it. I'm also a little younger than you (I'm 27).
I'll tell you one thing. No libido + no emotions is a powerful combo once you fix your energy levels. Your life has basically been reset. You have effectively died and came back. You can start with a clean slate and no responsibilities to anyone. And the lack of libido and a reduced emotional capacity makes you more efficient than others. Recently i was in a financial mess while taling my drivers license i had no money for lessons and nobody to help me practice driving and i had alresdy spent like 2k euro on that shit.

3weeks ubtil my drivers exam and i wasnt able to sit in a car until then

I had such fukin anxiety during thise 3weeks god damnit i was so nervous that i was gunne fail and felt so fukin miserable

Everytime i was at the gym constant fukin anxiety im gunne fail and ruin my life

At the day of the drivers exam i had not been in a vehicle for 3weeks and you gotta check thise fukin mirrors like a homo to pass and drive like perfect in homo driving way

In the morning a few hours before the exam my heart rate was 24773737bpm i went out for a walk to try and calm my nerves

I went through a parking lot and stood next to a parked car, outside of it to try and practice how i was gunne look through the mirrors…

It was just so fucked.

Then when im at the exam when the Guy pulls up i wanna die. And when we start driving i havent been in a car for 3weeks if i fail i have no money and wasted 2k
