>>508738098All I've got figured out is that Christ is King, the Constitution is rarely followed and that it seems everyone is doing whatever feels right in the moment with little to no consideration for ethics and they're all getting away with it.
For example, my state requires a permit to conceal carry, but this is unconstitutional as "to keep and bare" is real clear. I got arrested for carrying without a permit. The cops violated my 4a to get to a 2a violation. I explained to them, the judge and the prosecution that the constitution is clear. They all said, "that's up for debate" and I'm left wondering...when faced with facts, are people knowingly ignoring them or is it true indoctrination that they are sincere in their beliefs?
Because what seems to be happening is that no one is listening to the truth and acting on it, everyone over here has lost all semblance of a connection between the truth and their actions. I'm not perfect, I do the same sometimes too, but my conscious doesn't let me get away with it and also those are things that are self abusing (not harming other people, though it is harming me and I am working through it).
Everyone's on drugs over here metaphorically speaking. We drive around in society like there are rules until we FEEL like its OK to break them, with no justifiable reason.
If I'm going to pass on a double yellow line then it needs to be because my kid is dying in the back, not because the bus doing 45 in a 55 is pissing me off.
I think the nation is devoid of consequences. The only ones who get consequences are those who stand on principle. Something is seriously spiritually jacked up over here in this nation and it's driving me insane.
