Many times, yes. Uncommonly multiple times a day, as well.
The world isn't doing anything, but it's doing enough of SOMETHING to make 1 year from now be marginally worse than today.

Over a decade it will get far worse, but so slight in difference that you will not notice it on a daily, even weekly basis. But you WILL look back, and you WILL realize just how worse it has gotten over the span of even just 5 years.

Kind of? I feel like things are getting worse, the life I expected to have isn't coming and I'm probably going to die much sooner than I expected. But on the other hand having an uncertain future is kind of freeing in a way.

I think a majority of us feel that way.
I wanted to live on my own at 18, but sadly covid happened and the housing market shot up. Afterwards, it became impossible to find a job, and finally CS became a meme degree.
