Interesting. Seems to be about a 30% decrease in fertility, though without removing other interdependent variables, it could be other characteristics in the two populations that drive the difference. I think you would need to isolate age, level of education, religion and religiosity, urban vs rural, and income before you could reasonably conclude this is the cause.
