My friend caught a teenage girl burglarizing his home, and so he fought back and raped the girl in self defense. While the girl was arrested for burglary, he was arrested for rape even though it seemed to be a clear case of self defense. What can I do to help him? Is there any hope that he will be able to prove this was legitimate force under the castle doctrine?
