Just quit for a month and let your tolerance drop back down, suddenly you'll smoke less to get the same high. Also you can change up your strain for slightly different highs. I microdose weed every single day. It's great. Not a strong high, just a warm fuzzy glow. It's probably the same as smoking a tenth of a joint every day.

I quit after 17 years of daily hashish which by the way is the conisseur choice (weed is like eating whey instead of bread).

I knew for the last part that it makes me content with, and unavailable to change the things that aren't good in my life.

I just started using CBD/THC gummies and vapes, hadn't smoked weed since I was 16 or so. And only a couple of times then. For sleep and pain relief, it can't be beat. My friend who turned me on to that and nicotine vapes (I have never been a smoker) also gave me a couple of actual joints, and I can only smoke about 1/3rd of one before I feel a bit too weird.

But I like sleep.
