The trick is to stop obsessing over what you should’ve done and start doing what you can do. Learn a skill, even something dumb but useful — like basic coding, trades, or customer service. It’s boring but it pays bills.
Women and sex? They don’t just magically happen. You gotta put yourself out there, fail, try again. It sucks, but that’s life.
The fact you’re here typing means you still care. Use that. Get off the boards sometimes, talk to people IRL, no matter how awkward. Build slowly.
