I'd never subject myself to public transport but if I did i would give my seat to an old lady but not a young one. If they're remotely attractive that just makes you look like a simp. Around here holding the door for going in and oit of places is standard but I no longer do for young women. That one isn't about avoiding simping behavior though, it's about having repeatedly observed people old and young alike having the door shut on them and even having it happen to myself which until recently has barely ever happened in my whole life becuase it's just common courtesy here and just the standard. Every single time it's been a young lady who just doesn't give a shit. I've seen it often and consistently enough that now i let the door slam in their selfish cunt faces.

So now, we are reverting back to that monkey mentality of life revolving around sex and stimulation. 1000 women will flock around one attractive guy, while 999 men stay single and lonely. You then have these men becoming incels, hating women, and isolating themselves in general. And from there, it becomes really easy to replace you and control the population to do whatever.

So yes you have a good sentiment, but it’s basically been ruined.
