>>508760219 Yes that's my complaint too Pretty much every episode was part of a larger plot or even a 2 parter towards the end You can't flesh out characters or have fun that way Ideally there should be max 2 plot episodes/2 parters to a season
>>508760368 >Ideally there should be max 2 plot episodes/2 parters to a season That sounds about right. I like some of the 2 parters, even if their metaphor is a bit eye-rolling. But it's definitely not great for daily watching. Worked better in 2005 when they were spaced out a week apart.
>>508760368 I agree. Standalone episodes are key for building characters. Send them on a random adventure and let them interact. The "arc" is usually too weak and plot-driven to sustain 10 or more hours of show. Severance (both seasons) suffered badly from no standalone eps.
Yes. I would try to get a couple. Of course I would have to show them off here on earth. People would be jealous. They would tell me 'Anon, you must really know how to pleasure women with that massive dick of yours.' I would smirk while my slave girls hold me back from the Earthlings. We would then travel the universe. I would inseminate each one with my enormous member bringing them to orgasm over and over again. They would each bear me hundreds , upon hundreds of children where we would find a planet to settle on and start a new civilization. After I am gone they would remember me like a God as they begin to conquer all of Space.
>would you buy an alien slave Why so my descendants can hear endless lectures and nagged to pay reparations just so I can get a slightly cheaper shirt.
>>508761619 I liked the episode where Captain Archer develops a memory disorder and she and him retire to a cottage on a random planet, and she looks after him and every day explains who he is etc It all got time-reversed in the end of course
