Pentecostal Christians (who tend to be white) have higher rates than Catholics, for example (Latinos tend to be Catholic). Orthodox Jews have higher rates than both of them (4.1 children per woman) and highest of all of course are the Amish (6.0 children per woman).

There was a long-term study/experiment here in Western Australia which was intended to reduce teenage pregnancy but actually had the opposite effect.
