Climb back in your CCP cuck box of success and wait for your daily rations of dog meat.

I'm white, but the biggest problem most white people have is that they are scared of failure.
Be the person who throws his hand up and asks the potentially stupid question. Make educated guesses about things and then compare them to reality. If it's off, find out why and add that potential failure point to the many in the list of ways you have learned it is possible to fail at a task.

In Engineering, we use the mentality of "fail fast". Make the shitty prototype that just barely sorta-kinda works if you hold this piece in the right position. Then you make a less shitty prototype that fixes all the problems you found in the first one and repeat until it's a mature product.

Set a goal, determine the best path of achieving said goal, and consistently work towards that goal every day. Decrease your melinated behavior and learn some manners.

Goals don't have to be extreme.
They can be small daily goals.
A famous example would be doing ONE pushup.
Unless you have some sort of severe health problem, you can probably do one singular, tiny, little pushup. Maybe you'll decide to do more than one, but as long as you get down and do a single pushup, you completed that daily goal.
Maybe it's to take 15 minutes to learn a language. If the language is fairly similar to yours, that's enough to learn one in a couple years.
Maybe you want to lose weight and so your goal is to just eat fewer calories than you burn. It's just doing a bit of math before stuffing your face and you can easily lose 2 lbs per week. After a year, that's more than 100 lbs.
