they don't seem to spare a single high-trust society (western countries, far east etc.), which makes sense for obvious reasons
but they are also in sub saharan african countries and their numbers aren't small in those places
why is that?

Mauritius, an African island nation that's 70% Indian, looks pretty nice. Maybe they'd dramatically improve the continent.
