Not actually the British people who are under occupation. I think the BBC is a fitting name for such an org.

The BBC is on its way out as there is no trust in it from the public. Everyone thinks its propaganda the lefties think its pro tory the right think its pro commie everyone thinks its pro pedo because the institution tolerated and knew about Jimmy Savile for too long. The quality of its programming has declined and its on screen demographics are disproportionately non white which only makes sense if you treat London as the entirety of the UK. The Zionists hate it because they are pro gaza and call out Zionists as colonialists everyone agrees the licence fee is out of date and everyone with a tv hates having to argue the toss that they are not watching normal TV instead of Disney/Netflix/Amazon/Paramount if they want to get out of paying it.
