>>508795716 (OP)I don't know if it's the most rational but it certainly is the most difficult position to pick and defend because then you've got to explain rationally to your entourage why you keep them. It's really fucking exhausting and there's so little amount of people that fall under that umbrella.
While traditional conservative are usually religious to some extent, you've got nothing to shield you from criticism while rabid leftist will try and find cracks completely in their virtual signalling.
Basically you need to impose limits and defend it which usually sounds like "We need to put a stop to immigration before our current culture gets completely eroded and most importantly to keep our standard of living up" and then you'll get a bunch of wasteway leftoids with counter points such as "what culture? rottenfish food and sauna? the immigrants brought us so much more! and isnt it our morally imperative to allow the least fortunate to enjoy what we enjoy?"
Fighting constantly with people who have no roots, own nothing and have no self worth is absolutely tiring. It takes a tremendous amount of conviction and willpower to put your foot down and say "it's enough" and stop argumentating about it as a rational atheist conservative.
