But the point is this war was going to spiral out of control, Israel was going to start getting hurt bad and drag America in.
What Trump did was unfortunate but it was the least damaging and quickest way out of the situation.
Everyone here was ready to crucify him but he solved the problem and did a very efficient job.

Well. If he sat back and did nothing and let them get destroyed it would have pissed off a large segment of his coalition. I can't fault him for doing it.
But now that he has taken away their justification for war, if they start up again and start getting hurt maybe he will be able to say no, not getting involved.
Anyways. Maybe it wasn't your ideal solution but it was pretty good.

Well, like I said he's doing better than Kamala would be so I don't regret voting for him in that sense. But he can't run again anyway so my support (or lack of it) is irrelevant. But we'll see how it plays out. He still has most of his term to go yet. If the rest of it goes well, this attack on Iran will be largely forgotten as a minor footnote.
