How many other countries besides the US have birthright citizenship when both of the parents are illegals? I know that’s a no go in all of Europe.

Only the Americas, that is, North and South American countries, all of them are the only countries to do birthright citizenship.

It's a constitutional provision meant to imply that the U.S. was a rome-esque empire Superior to the squabbling nation states of Europe.
