I think AI will remain toaster tier but will be declared human anyway. That way AI intrusion of our rights will be protected by the 1st amendment and examination of AI criteria of evaluation will be forbidden because it violates the 4th amendment rights of the AI. Our own 1st and 4th amendment rights will lose out in every situation where they come into conflict with AI rights
