I really don't feel like writing a text wall so basically re read Curtis Yarvin. TLDR in a democracy he who has power is he who guides public opinion, specifically through mass media, academia, and using Bernays' psychological warfare strategies. These people happen to have an incentive to become leftist shitlibs because said ideology gives them more power and influence, even though they lead to societal harm.

The goal of "democracy" isn't to "succeed" in the sense of producing an optimal administration. It's a game, and while parties winning it matters, what is of supreme importance is that the game continues forever so that the supporters of the game can always control things. It's about giving a type of people who form a loosely defined cabal a way to maintain control.

Because the people started voting for whoever would give them the most things instead of voting for the guy who is going to do what's best for the country. Alexander Fraser Tytler called it back in the 1800s when he said
"Democracy will last until the public realizes they can vote themselves largess from the public treasury" which is exactly what killed us. Now we elect literal retards who think too many troops on one part of an island will make it "capsize or tip over"......
