In order for whites to adopt a tribal mentality, we are going to have to overcome brutality and repression by relying on each other. Whites have been able to strive while remaining individualistic. Nothing changes while that is still the case.

I don't see most modern white men rising up (not larping as a tough guy, I'm in the same equation). The problem is that we're too civilized. We are not white men from the ancient world, not even white men from the 1600s AD.

Hated to be blackpilled like this, but if one is a white nationalist right now, you will not be able to gather sufficient critical mass for a successful revolution and furthermore a genocidal or eviction rampage like I described because the number of capable and willing white men to do this is very low. We can't even peacefully displace the jews from all the major institutions of note and power (banking, academia, media etc), let alone rise up and wipe out or evict the other races as well.
Most likely scenario is Brazil 2.0 with white enclaves and some kind of neighborhood HOAs, with local police and security protection services and mechanisms.

Then the next question becomes, how will strong AI, if it emerges, change this world? Will our people survive, or will it all be a moot point anyway as all races gradually become post-human at some point (eg, year 2100, 2150, etc.).

ALL employment, regardless of whether you are paid in fiat or not, is enslavement, because no business can sustain itself by paying an employee the full amount of what their labor produced. This is why working for someone else was almost exclusively done by slaves, children, or someone receiving mentorship in a trade. There were almost no large corporations outside of those run by the state pretty much anywhere because it was nearly impossible to convince other people to work for you when they could just work for themselves. Throughout all of human history everyone grew up learning useful skills from their relatives and neighbors from the time they're able to walk and talk on their own, this made individuals fairly self sufficient and communities very close knit, as everyone had a different necessary skill they specialized in that everyone else they cared about relied on. Industrialists, bankers, and governing bodies were desperate to find a way to break this system up so they could find some way of reinstating slavery in a way that people wouldn't rebel against. THIS is why the modern education system exists the way it does today, to separate children from their families and communities, waste their most critical learning years making sure they are only intelligent enough to competently follow orders and that's it, and to get them used to having their lives controlled by strangers who don't give a fuck about them. They used the fact that social elites throughout history sent their children off to "schools" to learn how to behave as social elites themselves as a way to trick the general public into thinking they were now doing the same thing for their children, when in reality they were doing the exact opposite.
