Having a low IQ definitely means you're a retard.
BUT having a high IQ means nothing on it's own.
Someone with a IQ of sub 100 is going to be noticabley dull and anyone with an IQ of above 100 will be smarter than them.

But someone with an IQ of 105 can be smarter than someone with an IQ of 135. There is 100% an 'x factor' in play.

A sign of low intelligence would be defining intellect as creative productivity.
