Makes absolute sense. the government already subsidizes farms and food production, so why cant they get a chunk of the food (Meats, veges, fruits, grains, and dairy items). then all processed foods can be private grocery stores. Not to mention private grocery stores have things like air pumps and air beds while that government grocery store does not and it will have proper traffic to sustain its business since most people like to buy everything all at once. Not to mention, it can be for locations where private companies just "pull out of".
