Neither of their war goals were met, but they did manage to kill a significant number of Hezbollah leaders including Nasrallah... Who were subsequently replaced, and killing them was at the cost of killing thousands of minorities that are traditionally against Hezbollah.
As for HAMAS, they still haven't rooted them out of Gaza, and their response has led to a huge number of nations distancing themselves from Israel. Its turned into their Vietnam.
The Houthis are no different territorially, and hold Southern Yemen currently. They also have been through much more severe bombing campaigns since 2011. Its farfetched to believe any bombing campaign will stop them.
Israel might not have lost, but they haven't really gained either.
