Do some googling and find out how to seal air gaps in your house. Test ran the unit in early May. No fan spinny. Replaced the capacitor... Fan spin... No compressor.

Since not many HVAC installers (in the US) even bother to perform a single fucking calculation any longer, chances are that the install was borked.
