you shoud just stop:
-tobacco (which is smoked)
-powdered dried tobacco which is put under your lip
-nicotine pouches (contains nicotine only, not any part of tobacco plant altough nicotine is naturally found only on tobacco leaves so it kinda is a tobacco derivative)

doctor claims nicotine causes heart attacks and the popularity of nicotine pouches causes young people to die (nicotine pouch is legal in Finland but powdered tobacco is banned due to it being banned in EU itself)

https://www.is.fi/terveys/art-2000011325316.html

Anne-Mari Hiekkala who is leading doctor in Heart Association says popularity of nicotine is troubling. What caused so much heart attacks in 2023-2025? She says it was nicotine.

"A man, 33, came to me as a patient and said his heart is racing these days even after doing some menial work which previously did not affect heart at all"
"I asked if he uses powdered tobacco and he said yes, he did so to eventually get out from the habit of smoking tobacco because he was addicted to nicotine and could not just stop nicotine alltogether at once, after 3 years of smoking his lungs were not affected yet, in such a short time, so lung damage was not the culprit of heart troubles"
"The mans heart started acting during
>2022-2023
and he was finally seeing me in 2024 after the symptoms did not seem to go away, I told him he must quit nicotine like a cold turkey"

I know someone who had a heart attack & died from it. It was in 2019. She happened to be the only person I can think of that smoked a pack a day. She was in her early 50s. You guys are addicted and don't wanna stop.

As a side note, someone close to me got mouth cancer from smoking, and ended up with fungus in the lungs, which is almost impossible unless you have cancer/HIV. (He didn't have cancer at that time) Only logical answer they gave was, when he smoked, it damaged his lungs enough to become susceptible. Again, smoking isn't good.

I love nicotine and you will never stop me,

Guess what else? I hadn’t had a nicotine pouch in like 5 hours, putting one in just for you buddy. Probably do a little snuff in a bit too, now that I remember I have some.

My last point is, my brother started having chest pains AFTER getting into vaping/smoking. He's never taken the vax. Obviously all 3 examples will be shrugged off as me getting called a shill, but I do not suggest nicotine. At best you'll get tachycardia, at worst, nicotine could cause a heart attack. Most of you are already overweight.

Female scientists are as credible as female doctors and female pilots. I've had enough arguments with them to know this. They're very bad at quantization and not too good at qualification either.

Pure nicotine (pouches, gum, vaping) itself does slightly increase risk for cardiovascular risk but it's small compared to actually smoking a cigarette where the inhalation of the combustion byproducts is the largest contributor. If you already have other risk factors, such as high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, diabetes or cardiovascular disease then yes, it makes things a lot worse.

The leading factor for cardiovascular and heart disease is diet. If you've been eating like trash for the past 30 years, then yes you're just making things a lot worse by using nicotine products.

Huh. Yeah, it's definitely the nicotine, not some mysterious pharma product that was rushed out of production to make a quick buck

It also raises testosterone and pretty much immunized the user against all COVID dangers. I wonder if there are parties who stand to gain by getting rid of these benefits by poopooing on nicotine for the 7th consecutive decade even though cancer deaths are 1 in 3 even though everyone was made to quit smoking

Anons ITT are mostly retarded.

Look faggots, nicotine does indeed have benefits, most of the cognitive sort. There's evidence that it is neuroprotective against dementia and Alzheimer's as long term smoker populations have less of both. So it's POSSIBLY correlated with being neuroprotective.

Now, we fucking know FOR A FACT that Nicotine causes system wise vasoconstriction. In the short term, this is dangerous when it occurs because it can cause high blood pressure and increase incidence of blood clots.

The ACTUAL danger of long term nicotine use is arteriosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries. This again is due to vasoconstriction. Not because of vasoconstriction by itself, but due to the constant back and forth between vasoconstriction and corrective vasodilation that occurs. Nicotine has a short half life, so this happens constantly, back and forth. This causes arteriosclerosis which is heavily associated with coronary artery disease with is heavily associated with death.

>T. Pharmafag who uses Zyn, Adderall and caffeine daily.

The trick is to use low dosages and a beta blocker while using stimulants. This helps your heart and cardiovascular system as a whole from the long term effects of stimulant use.

youre doing it wrong
never talk dumb white females out of harmful practices
I took opportunity once to encourage my female work colleague to continue smoking cigs, bitch always talks about dropping cigs but never does and just tries to make victim of herself, I finally snapped once and basically told her
>its one of the few pleasures you have in your life, dont let anyone take it away from you
she smokes that shit even harder now, fuck white women
