I believe that within every white person there is a fundamental knowledge that total segregation at the NATION level is the final ultimate justice on the world.

At this point there is an understanding that this is a glorious reward to achieve this for the long-suffering white people and perhaps some other races. I think the first step simply is to make segregation legal again. Until it's legal, there will be no real separation. I think the way to do this is simple, just use existing civil rights legislation which designates certain groups as "protected classes". These include racial minorities as well as women and other people with alternative sexual orientations. The next step is simply adding white people/Caucasians to the list of protected classes.

Then, once whites are designated a "protected class" just make a law that protected classes, if they reach a certain threshold of the population in a specific neighborhood or zip code, will have the ability to exclude others not from that protected class. This would mean that black people would legally be able to prevent white people from renting or owning property in historically black neighborhoods (thus preventing "gentrification"). But it would also mean that whites would be able to keep out blacks or any other group they want.

This would also entail changes to housing laws, and re-introducing restrictive covenants and charters. These were laws, often written into the deed of a house, before segregation was made illegal. These restrictive covenants basically said "it is illegal to sell this house to someone who is not white". So, even if you sold the house to a house-flipper or a bank foreclosed on your property, they would not be able to sell to someone not white, or someone who is not specified in the charter as legally able to own the property (I.e. you could theoretically restrict it to whites and Asians, or restrict it to everyone except blacks (or blacks and Arabs, etc).

Realistically, I'm not sure if the above will ever happen. There's too much legal precedent. You would basically need the Supreme Court to re-legalize segregation.

Realistically, without legal policy changes, the only route is de-facto segregation. Unfortunately this is also difficult due to the fact that whites are polarized politically and not in lockstep.

Theoretically though, if you had an existing all-white neighborhood, you might be able to prevent blacks or other non-whites from moving into that neighborhood by making it an explicitly racist neighborhood. I.E. if you could convince every white homeowner in the neighborhood to fly a Confederate Flag or Swastika Flag for example, that may scare non-whites and deter them from purchasing property in that neighborhood, even if they were otherwise legally able to do so.

Of course, being explicitly racist like that is not easy, as many people would be doxed and lose their jobs and sources of income. But theoretically, that's the only real way to do it.

Right now, the best type of segregation that exists is one in which local authorities behave in racist way towards newcomer non-whites. This happened to a coworker of mine. He moved into a white neighborhood in the suburbs. But old white women or others in the neighborhood kept calling the cops on his kids riding their bikes around even though they weren't committing any crimes. Cops would then show up, often knock loudly on the door and generally be somewhat menacing. After this happened enough, my coworker got the hint that he wasn't welcome in the neighborhood, and so he sold his house and moved back into a black neighborhood in the city. This kind of thing isn't easy though, as it requires tacit agreement between police organizations and existing homeowners, and as police departments themselves become more diverse, this is less and less likely to happen.

But those are two ways to get it done.

For public spaces, in theory you could play certain music over loudspeakers. For example, make a shopping mall/strip mall which constantly has classical music playing on speakers. Blacks will be instantly repelled

There needs to be some sort of "Freedom of Association" law put into place promoted in response to things like Karmelo Anthony getting a lot more public attention from normies than in the past.
The very moment in which it becomes legal for private institutions like churches, clubs, schools, restaurants, etc are allowed to racially discriminate on who is allowed there is all that is really needed to snowball things. The response alone from the most furious browns would cause an unprecedented level of viral encounters with the denizens of these new places defending themselves, which will fuel more and more desire for white separation to go completely widespread.

Right now the best way to do this would probably be through private clubs or even fraternal organizations. Basically we need to create our own secret societies like the Freemasons but instead of plotting to be corrupt and rule the world we just chill at our own pool without any black people. Like, everyone chips in monthly dues, that money is used to buy/build a clubhouse. The group only admits vetted members.
