You're supposed to take a loan from mommy and daddy retard. The system was literally rigged so that only those with old wealth can make it.

If they stopped doing this (most people don't btw) do you think that magically makes the math work out?
>doesn't have an online side hustle
If you mean GPT sites, they don't pay shit. If you mean drop-shipping, it's extremely oversaturated and requires capital (which zoomers dont have), if you mean affiliate marketing, that's also oversaturated, and you're far more likely to waste your time than you are to turn more than a couple bucks a week. If you mean content creation, that requires not being an autistic antisocial weirdo, and a lot of luck. Or being a woman.
Online side hustles are pretty much a dead end for most people.
The math simply doesn't work out. Either you go to a deadend job working for $15/hour living with your parents until they die, or you neet out and do nothing, or you get 60k+ in debt getting a degree with a 50/50 chance that you cant get a job in that field and an additional 50/50 chance that AI replaces that career.
The system is rigged.

There are all sorts of government or local community or bank programs to get you into debt. It helps if you fit into some sort of minority demographic. There was a 5% down payment program my local bank was doing for first time homebuyers. Banks are very willing to get you into a loan. I bought my first home with an 10/10/80 loan: 10% down, a 10% home equity loan to get to an 80% loan to value. It was an 800 sq ft house on a slab in a once ghetto area that was slowly regentrifying. It was also after the housing bubble burst, a foreclosure that sat empty for over a year and owned by a government agency. Sold after 5 years and got a bigger, nicer place. Repeat again after 5 years. Repeat once more and you’re good. I was also moving up my career ladder with pay raises. Looking back the only way I was able to do this was the market crash and house prices not being retardly high. If I was 21 right now I think I’d be pretty depressed if 200k was the price of a starter home/trailer. That first home was listed at $90k and got it for $85k. You can’t get an empty lot for under 100k by me now

I make £400 a day and never used my degree. There are many blue collar jobs that require no education that pay big. All the blue collar jobs I looked at paid more than jobs requiring a degree.

Not sure what you're saying. I'm asking because here you need 20 or 25% of the price to get a loan. And housing prices are similar but $2k a month is like twice the average wage. Being able to buy a house from just 10 months of entry level job pay is crazy, at that point its really just about standing up from in front of 4chan.

20% of the purchase price has been the standard here too, to qualify for a loan (amongst other things like debt to income ratio of the purchasers finances, credit score, etc.). But banks - sometimes with the help of government subsidies - will get creative in how they ‘qualify’ buyers to get them a loan. So it’s not always 20% down. Are you a veteran? There’s a loan program for which you could qualify where you only put 10% down and the Veterans Administration (gov agency) underwrites the other 10% or the entire loan. Are you a first time home buyer, minority or other protected class? The bank could have a program where you only put 5% down and some other government or community agency (like funded by government grants) gives the bank some consideration (matching funds, underwriting some of the liability, etc) to get the loan approved. Traditional mortgages, the majority of loans, are 20% down. But there’s a bunch of different programs that exist that require less than 20% down payment in order for the buyer to get approved for a loan. And they do this bc everyone wants a 30 year paypig to suckle as much interest and money as they can. It’s the whole point of the housing/home loan industry.
