Nothing changed. The SCOTUS simply blocked the nationwide injunctions which were being wildly abused by district courts over Birthright Citizenship. That DOESN’T mean the lower judges CAN’T issue such injunctions it just means that doing so again may carry a black mark in their career file i they do something they know is likely to be rejected by a higher court. It also doesn’t stop the ACLU and the gargantuan lift-wing legal network from bringing cases in shopped courts in EVERY DISTRICT IN THE COUNTRY if it comes down to it. Nationwide injunctions is something with the American court system does outside of statutory law, it’s just a power they agree they have, that’s all, and this ruling does not end that power at all. Stop falling for agitprop narratives meant to whip the public into action.
