Older paradox games were more reasonable and changed the name of places depending on who was the controller

I was born in soviet kiev in 1991. I did k-12 in America. I was never taught Ukrainian by my parents, they know it, but everyone in brooklyn in the 90s growing up and and visiting kiev to be with family, everyone spoke and continues to speak Russian. It's only younger people who go full 'i only speak Ukrainian'. The division is fake and gay, we're different but not enough to warrant this post-communist fake division between people that everyone takes as fact
