enacted as law in 2003 (and this article has repeatedly been extended by the senate yearly, https://www.congress.gov/search ) we can estimate at least 5.7 billion dollars has been misappropriated to Israel. In terms of indirect misappropriations in merely floating aircraft carriers off Israel to intercept ballistics launched from Yemen, Iran, or Lebanon, operating expenses alone for a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier ranges from 150-200m per month. The rare dual-carrier presence during the start of the Israeli war in 2023 (after the hamas attack) alone cost at 5,000,000,000 dollars just in operating expenses, not including ordnance. After parsing the US AID database (pic rel) there is an addition 1 billion tacked on.
This raw, public information implies about 11 billion dollars have been misappropriated to Israel. That doesn't include expenses related domestically in Jewish interest (antisemitism is common on the senate docket). It's pretty reasonable to say at least 100b total has been spent on Israel. US military salaries, base maintenance, intelligence cooperation, discretionary spending concerning interception ordnance, etc.
