They're "better" in the sense that they're 30% as capable but work for 20% of the pay.

IF we are not getting fired by our H1B emplouyers, then customers must be satisfied by our work. What pol thinks doesn't matter. Customers alone matter.

no
>t. Indian engineer wrangler
we just use them because they work for 7-15/hr when American engineers want an 80k plus salary with benefits. there is also a lot less red tape when shit comes from Indian than produced domestically since they can forge most of the certificates without us looking into it to much.

So hiring five of them gives you 150% of the capability of one white guy for the same price, right?

>work for 20% of the pay.
This is a myth that keeps us from basically rioting to kick them out.

Been working in IT for the major banks and various f50 corpos for >20y. Here are the facts as I have gathered them:

- Indians are awful engineers, lazy, only do the minimum required, never go above and beyond, often make elementary mistakes, produce poor quality no matter what they do. If you give them rigid requirements, you can make it better, but that costs extra effort & time on your part. An Indian is never going to do that work, and get the polish on and correct, unless explicitly required to. They have no inference, imagination, intuition - they can follow instructions. Ultimately this is slower and more costly, especially as the bugs, tech debts, and issues pile up due to poorly crafted systems.

- Indians are NOT working for cheap, unless they are in India and working on fiverr. Here in the US, indians ubiquitously gift themselves generous salaries and pay. The outsourced Indians who live in india make great money too - the outsourced corpo jeet is different from the fiverr jeet.

- Indians are orchestrating a massive fake interview epidemic in the US. H1b stipulates that a US citizen must be interviewed and then turned down - only then can a role be fulfilled via h1b. So Indians are inviting US citizens to interviews with zero intention of hiring said US citizen. Essentially fucking the citizen in the ass - it costs that citizen time and thus money to jump through all those interview process hoops, only to be turned down at the very end.

Broseph is correct. I deal with this contracting shit as my day job. No idea why I havent been jeeted but I guess they need to keep at least one person that actually works.

H1b stateside work for 80% salary. Offshore jeets work at 50% salary.

A jeet that lands above your head is guaranteed to shit on your career. Manufacture a reason to fire you. Then will replace you with his cousin. Tech is going to shit because of excessive cost savings but those โ€œcost savingsโ€ eat cow dung.

They get dumber in groups.
