Iran of course would use their non-interceptable hypersonic missiles for their nuclear warheads. And to wipe small Israel from the map they don't need to hit with many of them. For this reason only a regime change in Tehran can guarantee safety for Israel.

Most of Iran's missiles are conventional and they go mach 7 ish.
An ICBM leaves the atmosphere entirely and its speed is only really limited by what it can survive without flaming out. They'll do mach 25 in their terminal stage.
