With both sexes, as gender doesn't exist, a tattoo signals to you on top of low iq, low impulse control, bpd and ecstasy, no class - that the person doesn't value themselves, their body and their skin. They want to be something else, not through work and hardship but with a falsehood of cool/toughness, a grand lie for all to see. They might be aware of this subconsciously which is why every branded cattle will explosively react if you make them face this fact.
