I’m 23 years old. I’m an airline pilot. Been made fun of my whole life. I’ve now become a semi chad. I’m somewhat attractive and tall. I used to be chubby. I don’t have any money but I’m making lots of money right now. (I just started) I feel super old. One time someone made fun of me while j was walking the street. A bunch of worthless mechanics were mocking me cause I was wearing a 7200$ suit. I was on the edge of taking their lives. They were physically short and skinny (bones) which made me not understand how they felt so confident mocking me.
I haven’t slept in a long time and yesterday I thought I fell asleep and had a nightmare but I’m convinced it was my first schizophrenic episode

Mindfulness meditation will help you stop living in the past and make your emotions have much less impact on you. Start meditating like 5-10 minutes at first, you'll get good at it after like a week. In a month you'll be able to do 30 minutes. Focus on the breath and the feeling of air leaving and entering your nostrils, notice your thoughts, but let them slip away. Google it for more info. Why is that so hard to believe? You don't need a college degree to be a pilot. You just need the proper training and experience its like a trade. Also they don't take very kindly to airline pilots with drug and alcohol problems. Although it does happen.
