I'm going to tell you what no one else on here is: you need to find a way to start making a lot of money, and in a way where you're constantly networking with people.

Get into real estate and really REALLY hit it hard. Like work every single day, and you'll make it. That's what I did and if I can do it, anyone can....but you have to play the "number's game" and literally just discipline yourself to just get used to rejection and failure as a means to an end. What's the worst that can happen? What? You'll end up not having something you already don't have?

Schedule your days. Like literally just open up the calendar app and schedule you're entire day for tomorrow, and set aside one hour so you can set the schedule for the following day. Stick to your schedule and make sure you're always improving. It's literally that easy, but you have to get up and do it though. Even if it hurts.
