This density is good because it means resources can be compacted to a smaller area. The effectivety of this can be seen in the Netherlands for example.

We don't have this in the US since we have large populations throughout. The best example we have in the US is the Northeast. Also in the Northeast, uncoincidentally, is the best infrastructure by far. You can say the same for the Bay Area but not to the same extent.
Europe needs to invest in this region and its people.
