I think this is already being done somewhere, and pornhub had no problem working with such system. There is still a first amendment case to be made that requiring biometric verification every 45 minutes, and having those logs be kept for 5 years, is still an unnecessary burden placed on protected speech. Just that for this past case, the porn industry was too busy arguing about age gates being constitutional in general
