I have a friend who went there like 15 years ago, maybe more. He said it's nice, clean, people are polite but barely speak any English, he had his designated glownigger following around and said it's cool that they still use Dacia cars.
We used to have great relations with them during Ceausescu's regime and they like Romanians.

They are just too damn strict and it's hard to tell what's acceptable there.
You'd need to have a month of education about the place before even going, and then you have to stress about not fucking up and remembering everything you learned.
