And conversely I (gen-X) have tried to explain how systems work in the office (to Gen-Z)and they don't have the attention span to take it in. Not all - but some are are useless and clueless and I don't honestly know how they'll ever earn any kind of a wage.

We both have different strengths and weaknesses - just calling everyone older than 30 'Boomer' isn't addressing the issue. I met my 1st wife in France on the internet in 1998.

I am amazed at the rate the latest generation can absorb information, but am dismayed at their abysmal people skills.

Men are too tolerant of women’s behavior. A handsome man can act how he wants and will still be able to get laid. But how many men with that ability are willing to create a life where they can assert their masculinity and raise a family anathema to modernity. Most chads do not think about this and if they do they have reduced the available pool because of perceived aspergerish behavior. What white countries need is groups of men who locally create a community that acts in Gods order but does not value woman higher than her God ordained role of motherhood. Many married men will still unwittingly enforce feminism out of a lingering mind virus and will not discipline their daughters and wives while over disciplining their sons, further creating resentment.
