It's actually quite easy to go to North Korea. For Brits, you'll have to actually go to their embassy in London. It's very cool because it's basically in the middle of a suburban street, in a generic suburban house but it's flying the DPRK flag. Let them know you're coming before actually arriving. There is no direct flight to NK, but you can land in Beijing and flu from there, or Vladivostok in Russia and take a train.
