For someone to become the President of China under the next administration, he should fullfil the following criteria:

1) he should be serving as the Vice President under the current administration
2) he should be a least 10 years younger than Xi (ideally under 67 years old by the time of the next National Congress in 2027 to uphold the "seven up, eight down" rule)
