Indians are orchestrating a massive fake interview epidemic in the US. H1b stipulates that a US citizen must be interviewed and then turned down - only then can a role be fulfilled via h1b. So Indians are inviting US citizens to interviews with zero intention of hiring said US citizen. Essentially fucking the citizen in the ass - it costs that citizen time and thus money to jump through all those interview process hoops, only to be turned down at the very end.

1. Boomers and Gen X told their kids (us) to go to college and trades, so way more people have done that compared to their generations.
2. Job providers have forced the work they should put in to train people unto colleges and other institutions. So instead of coming to a place and learning the job they want you "finished" so to speak.
3. Immigration, not only in the way that they take jobs other people could take and drive down wages, but also that they give some jobs a lower status. For example, there's nothing wrong with being a janitor for a while but here in Europe that has become an immigrant's job, same with food delivery, it has become the old trade-hate our parents had but worse.
