The ACLU is a front for cannibals that eat babies, take it up the ass from sub-humans and fuck dogs, cats and anything that moves. Their theme is a hit is a hit and if they can fit their dick in it they fuck it. Most are niggers infected with aids and other nigger shit and only want a biggest black dick up their ass. H. Nope. That ruling pertained to nationwide injunctions by lower courts. It did not address the 14th amendment.

Birth right citizenship is one of the reasons the federal mafia is an illegitimate government today.

No, it really doesn't say "Every child born on US soil is a citizen".
It has a qualifier - "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof"
They really need to learn to read better..

technically it did; because federal courts can't issue a ruling that affects anyone that isn't a part of the lawsuit.
they'd need to sue every few years on behalf of the newborns.

>illegal executive
why is it illegal?
its not a Constitutional right
it was an accommodation to ensure ex slaves were made citizens, not carte blanche for turd worlder anchor babies
and now SCOTUS has ruled on it

This plainly isn't true... the children of foreign diplomats born here are not citizens. Children born to hostile forces invading our country wouldn't be citizens.

And even if it were true, who gives a fuck? Repeal it. If jus sanguinis is good enough for leftoid Europe, why is it evil if we have that too?

They permitted class actions, but not individual plaintiffs to have rulings with a national scope

The ruling actually limited lower court rulings to districts, regardless of whether the plaintiff was a collective class action party. A case will likely make its way to the highest court very soon. The administration will likely also ask for a quick judicial review even before a lower court has ruled on the issue, through their right of certiorari.
