Just point this in the general direction of the car blasting cRap songs. There's not an amplifier made that can with stand that amount of un-filtered RF power at close range and the two tones cause a worbling in the car speakers that eventually blow them unless the volume is not reduced. Costs about $25 to make, mine fits inside a VCR (video cassette case) including the battery... Just pop-it into your shopping bag and walk past that noise machine... They soon turn the damn thing off!!
