Yet we see influencers travelling to the jungles of Africa and eating the food and drinking the water and nothing happens to them. No shooting diarrhea, stomach pains, vomiting, food poisoning. Literally nothing happens to them after eating bush meat or drinking water in these nations.

I've been to Antalya, Turkey and can tell you the food was great, though western prices. Don't order the head-meat of sheep or whatever the fuck it was. Water was fine.
Also, perhaps these Youtubers don't want to show you the bad times. I got sick in Russia years ago from a tiny bit of water to brush my teeth, or maybe it was the mayonnaise dish I ate.

I usually take really strong probiotics before traveling to SEA. Never had an issue honestly. Just eat where you see plenty of other people eat.

Most food poisonings in SEA afaik is from foreign bacteria that your body don’t recognize. Same why you have Asian tourists getting food poisoned in the West. Last time I travelled with two people with shit microbiome due to shit diet(takeout every day) both of them got food poisoning within a few days despite eating basically the same as me.

Never use bottled water. In many countries like India, bottles are recycled and filled with whatever the seller wants to fill them with. An intact seal means nothing because they are sold cheaply in packs of hundreds or thousands of caps and attaching them does not break the seal.

Always use cans only.
