I'll enlist after all the elites, world leaders, CEOs, billionaires, everyone in a position of government, power, or otherwise, gather in one room and commit ritual suicide on live stream, and later have their bodies paraded across the globe for people to pick apart. That's when I'll enlist. Mine's a fairly simple and reasonable request or so I think. It's only a few thousand people at most.

I tried to enlist in 2004 after I graduated from college and couldn't find a job and they rejected me because I have a medical condition.
