The issue is that learning the local language is difficult and requires mental flexibility that contradicts libtarddery. This is why they prefer places where they can continue speaking English, needing only to learn a few handfuls of local words to get by.
The only ones who do this are the ones who are basically upper-middle-class income level in the United States. I've only ever known one liberal who moved to Europe and actually worked and lived like a normal person there, and even he was an English university professor lmao.
