We all know that the Japanese education system and work life are particularly demanding and rigid, with almost no tolerance for insubordination. Even in the western education system, which are usually designed for the lowest common denominator, these people often struggle to keep up. Do these browns with lower avg IQs integrate well into this system? Or does Japan have a generous welfare system to support them like the west?
